Prices in Malaysian ringgit, SST not yet applicable. Usage is measured per lawyer over a rolling 5-hour session and a calendar week; a request that has started always finishes. New accounts get a launch bonus with extra usage for their first three months.

What happens when I reach a usage limit?: Whatever you were working on finishes. The next request waits until the session (5 hours) or week resets, and the bar tells you when, unless you buy a top-up: unspent top-up keeps answers running past the limit and carries forward. Pro has five times the room per seat, shared across your firm; Enterprise firms pool their usage too.
Is the trial really free?: Yes. A card is required to start, nothing is charged for 30 days, and you can cancel from Billing at any time before that.
Where is my data processed?: Documents and matters are stored in Malaysia (AWS ap-southeast-5). AI model requests are processed by Amazon Bedrock, which may run outside Malaysia, under no-training terms.
Can I move from Normal to Pro, or to a firm plan?: Yes. Once your card is added, switch between Normal and Pro in Settings under Plan & billing; it applies straight away and is prorated, with your matters kept. Moving a workspace into a firm Enterprise plan is done with us.
